Returns

We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will cheerfully exchange or refund unused* products if returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and when accompanied with a receipt.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

*CDs, DVDs and software must be UNOPENED. Bibles, books and gift items must be in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify the Customer Service Department and we will replace or refund your order immediately.
